On November 18-19, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger welcomed U.S. governors and international leaders to Los Angeles for the first Governors' Global Climate Summit. The goal -- to find tangible, sustainable and cooperative solutions to the global climate challenge and develop the partnerships and collaborative actions needed to advance a global climate agreement in Copenhagen in 2009.
