Biodiversity & Habitat Adaptation Strategies
Strategy/Description:
The Biodiversity and Habitat working group is currently developing adaptation strategies to maximize species and habitat resiliency in the face of climate change. Participating agencies have been active in this sector through the incorporation of climate adaptation strategies placed in existing planning documents. A preliminary set of strategies have been developed, submitted for peer review, and are currently under cross-sector review. Public workshops, additional cross-sector meetings and stakeholder meetings will provide critical input.
